WHAT KIND OF TUITION DO I OFFER?
I teach students Mathematics, Statistics, Physics and Chemistry (in English only). I teach personally on a one-to-one basis. I don’t do on-line tuition because I don’t believe that it is as effective for mathematical subjects where it is important to see the thought process of the student. ABOUT ME
I am British, from London. I moved to Tokyo when I married and have two young children. I have a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Bristol University and an M.Sc. in Electric Plasmas from Oxford University. I am a member of the Institute of Physics. I’ve worked as an engineer on mathematical algorithms and computer security. I have also worked as an actor and am a member of British EQUITY. I have a TESOL qualification for teaching English. I have many years experience tutoring and I have taught for the British Army.

Tell me what subjects you need help with, your age and your next major exam. I travel all around Tokyo and I may not be coming to you from home so don’t feel that you need to be living near to me. Students under 19 years: please inform your parents you are contacting me. Try to suggest what times are convenient for a regular lesson.
