For fairly central locations in Tokyo, I typically charge ¥12,000 for 1½ hours and ¥8000 for 1 hour and this will usually include transport costs.  If I have to travel a long distance I may need to charge more so this is only a guideline.  For students over 14 years, usually a 1½ hour lesson is best and better value for money as it works out to about ¥8,000 per hour.
